    Sun Tsu’s leader is the prototype Servant -Leader. This type is the one who has deep interior integrity…with confidence based on who he is, and…yes….Whose he is. While his objective is always firmly in mind, he knows his only resource to the Great End is his people. And, in the transaction of his soul there comes a great love that his followers/associates sense…catch more than they are taught it. THEN they lay down their lives for the consuming passion of their leader. History’s great Personification of this is Jesus.
